
Delicious Nutritious Refreshing
If it is Summer time where you live and you need something refreshing to eat you may wish to bite into some watermelon to give you a boost of mental and physical energy.
Contrary to popular believe Watermelon is not just full of water. The juice of a water melon is full of nutrients that are welcomed by your body.
In case you are not aware the juice of a watermelon contains phytochemicals (plant chemicals) that contain anti-oxidants which are chemicals that help fit off diseases.
On a hot summer’s day the taste of watermelon is hard to beat and a nice stress free way to boost your energy.
Note: some people are allergic to watermelon so be sure it is good for you before you bit into it.
